Science has proven that belief really does become biology. So, isn’t it time for us to be more aware of what we are thinking, and–in my humble opinion–to be careful?

It is very evident now, that even on a cellular level– our mind, thoughts, and attitude have a profound impact on our health–ultimately affecting our biological function and immune system.

I try to acknowledge this everyday and shift my thoughts when I notice that they may be negative.

Practice positive thinking and rid of the things that cause you turmoil; if that isn’t possible in certain areas of your life, then change your perspective! After all:

Our perspective is the fine line between happiness and hardship.
