Homemade Zucchini Chips Snack
Craving something crispy and tasty to munch on? If so, you must try homemade zucchini chips. They make the perfect snack and alternative to traditional chips.
1 large Zucchini
2 tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
With a mandolin slice zucchini very thin. Spread zucchini slices on baking sheet. You can drizzle olive oil over zucchini slices or use pastry brush. Lightly add salt and pepper to taste.
Put them in the oven until golden brown and crisp (could take about 2 hours).
