Easy salmon dinner


2 skinless salmon fillets
1 lemon
½ bunch of dill
1 bunch asparagus
½ tbsp cold pressed olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large sheet of foil on a baking tray, place the salmon fillets. Add salt, pepper, a slice of lemon and a sprig of dill to each fillet. Wrap foil around and bake in oven for 12-15 minutes.

Place asparagus in a shallow baking tray and season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice (and minced garlic, optional). Bake in oven for about 20 minutes.

Serve fish and asparagus and enjoy!
