Apple Pie Overnight Oats

One of my favorite easy (and healthy) breakfast solutions is overnight oats. You can use gluten free old fashioned or steel cut oats with no cooking required!

Breakfast is too important to skip and when I know I’m going to have busy mornings, I make a few jars of overnight oats the night before and then for the next few mornings I have breakfast ready to grab and go!

It’s so simple and there are so many different versions and flavors you can make. All you have to do is throw all of your ingredients into a few jars and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Easy, right?!

Here is the awesome apple pie version of overnight oats:


1/2 cup Apple sauce (I like to make mine homemade with no added sugar)

1 cup plain greek yogurt

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Stevia or raw organic honey to taste


Add all ingredients to a jar or Tupperware, mix well, tightly seal lid, and refrigerate overnight. Yields about 2 servings.
