I’m Bella, a passionate Nutritionist on a spiritual quest. Along my journey, I have obtained a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics & Food Science, followed seminars of spiritual leaders, traveled on yoga, meditation, and spiritual retreats, and dedicated my life to a career in helping women achieve their beauty, health and wellness goals.
This blog is not about me, though—it’s about us. I want us to share our struggles, our strengths, fight our self-limiting beliefs, and together embark on a journey to healing, reviving, and thriving! I believe we can have it all! We can look our best, feel great, live well, love and be loved, and live out our dreams! Yep, it’s possible; I promise you.
So, how do we get there, you ask?
I get it. We are stuck in our ways. Whether it is mentally, emotionally, or physically healthy for us seems not to matter. We are used to what we’re used to and making a lifestyle, health, and inner transformation is tough!
However, I’m here to let you know that it doesn’t have to be so difficult. You can fulfill your desires with ease and grace!
I’ve been through it all (well, maybe not all, but A LOT!) and it took me decades to get to where I am today because I, too, thought that transforming myself and my life into what I want is too hard and requires a lot of time, huge changes, and sacrifices. There was already so much going on in my life and I was so busy, how could I even think about adding additional “stuff” to the mix?
I had the knowledge and education, I knew what I was supposed to do, but I wasn’t able to apply it to my life. I came to the conclusion that I had failed myself and my clients because I thought, “If I can’t do it, how can I expect my clients to?”
Feeling like a total hypocrite, I decided to stop practicing nutrition for a little while. Until I could transform my own life, I wasn’t qualified to help others transform theirs.
………………Eventually……………………I did it!
I searched above and beyond to get to the root of it all; the root of wellbeing. I learned that my previous perspective and approach was misguided. I finally started seeing the bigger picture, I gave up on perfection, and began to simplify. Now, I would love to share with you the path that I discovered.
My Three Key Elements to Beauty, Healing, & Happiness:
Most of us don’t really know what it feels like to be truly healthy and well. We are so used to our compromised condition. But, let me tell you this—when you finally get there, you will never want to go back!
